This is what I do when I was bored. I love experimenting around, with layers and all. Give me a computer (Photoshop included, ofcourse!), a good picture and some good tunes to listen to, and I'm off to my own world.

Strawberry Picking&Hot Sunny Beach

Here are the pictures that I think could have made my cut ( I know, these are worse, but it's in my own term, so bear with it) Enjoy!

First of this is Melbert! Our newest junior. In the car I asked him for the up-ten time : "Melbert , Ko ni dari Sabah ke Sarawak??". In the end he ended up doing the self introduction all over again.

"Aku dari Sabah. Aku Dusun-Kadazan la "

There's a funny theory I stumbled upon taking this snap. I think almost all people are vain. Seriously.Melbert asked me for a few shots, so I tooked, and ofcourse he was eager to see the pictures, so I explain how cool it is to have the strawberry in focus and when I was about to show the one that he was in focus, he cut me in : " Okay--Gambar aku mane?? "
Come on people! There's a reason why I put my money on this lens!



Here's Kak Ernee. She plucked the strawberry for me to eat, because I was too preoccupied with pictures taking to pluck myself. Lame. I know.



I love how the bittten strawberry kinda tint his lip too. and this young fella insisted me to bring my Hersheys Chocolate sauce along. Pffft~~

I've been dying to try this kinda group potrait composition. And that was PERFECT. with the right amount of people just the sun was blaring hot. Excuse the over expose colour. Athough I've done some clour tweaking.

Then we headed for the beach near there.





Some things I wanted to emphasise on these pictures;

• Lately, I am so into marine stuff. The light house was red-white stripe; I bought Yaya ( my goldfish ) the same colour of yacht. and I have myself an anchor pendant necklace.
• And I am so disliking shade, I mean on pictures! I hate when I can't see people eyes thru their faces, for me the eyes tell everything about a person. I was busy running up after setting the 10 second self timer, how am I suppose to remember to took my shade off?

We stroll along the beach, dipping our feet in ( some of us even Knee-high deeping ). It was real hot. The sun was up, and blaring. I have to opt for B&W because the colour were not flattering. I love this girl polka dot bathing suit. Nice with the B&W theme, kinda retro look. Make me remembered how mum always packed our bathing suit. Because somehow we managed to find a way to get wet. Mine was star shape design yellow colour. Ughhh~ haha

Preview : Strawberry Picking Trip

I went out! (finally!) getting bored already. After few last minutes calling up some people, 8 of us agreed to go strawberry picking.

Here some pictures; a brief peek on what the day had offered.

I was really having a blast snapping here and there, but to my utter disbelievement,when back thru my lappy I viewed; almost all of my picture doesnt make the cut. Seriously, I have a long way to go ( in photography, of course ).

7 Sure point You'll Love IKEA ( Fine! 6 actually)

I was reviewing all my older pictures from my good ol' point and shoot, he ( or she ) did me good ( I haven't decide the gender yet). A Sony cybershot in particular. Now I handed it down to my lil sis. Ieka said she's having problem with it, vibrating some sort. I guess he/she feel dejected. But seriously a good point and shoot was my deal-breaker in photography.

Now, back to the main point; IKEA!

Why?

1. Cool!
2. The food is good. ( Especially the ice cream )
3. Cheap! ( yeah not really that cheap, but compare to other Japanese furniture brand, eg; Yamazen)
4. How they set their gallery, by room, themes!You never go wrong.
5. Eventhough you are not looking for anything in particular, it's totally an awesome place to threw some times there.
6. BUT trust me, you'll ended something in hand. ( Even Khalid bought a-something-tool set, can't remember =p )
7. Owh! for the most part is......pictures!!

Seeking Arts

Then I brought Ieka to Otaru. Hokkaido own Venice like cannal, but not that much. Minus the gondola and all, just the cannal. The town quite pretty and it is an artsy type of town. It was my third time there, so I figure I should do something. So we went face drawing! Hah!

Okonomiyaki

When Ieka was here ( Sapporo ), this is the only basically Japanese Cuisine I wanted her to try much, since sushi is more to say; everywhere now got sushi, Sushi King in Malaysia?? go figure~

This is call "Okonomiyaki". Simply say it is a pancake with some meat, veggie inside, mix it well than pour the batter on top of flat hot pan. I guess this meal could be fun to do together, since Ieka can have her first okonomiyaki's experience. I had mine; and mine was bad, I can't flipp it nicely, DARN!!

Happy Father's Day!!!

My dad is my HERO, when I was little I used to think he can save the world!! Guess what I still think he can; well atleast my world. Look at those greying hair, talk about all the wise year he gone through! and the wrinkles, well that add a character towards him.

My dad, my personal role model, a wise man, a very honorable man, and I tell you what dad; I never been prouder to bring along your name in my entire life. I love you dad, and I miss you much!!

Where are Those Knights in Shining Armor?

I hate guys who say they are like a strong boisterous brave beast, a lion infact, that when they roar, it can be heard throught out the entire jungle. Heard that enough??

Seriously, don't be mesmerize by those lies. During my university festival, a guy approach us,- with a microphone. ( He's the guy who was doing the interviewing stuff ). By us, I mean me and some guy seniors. My seniors were chanting up to promote our stall beside me, who was at the time preoccupied with packaging foods. The exact moment the microphone came insight, the chanting suddenly died, and I was left alone. Like a bowling pin, where all the others were knocked down, they spared me. Me! In rage, calmed myself through out the interview talk.

For those who follow Grey's Anatomy; you could rely this on one of the episode. I can't really remember which one though, but there's a couple came in with the girls having GSW (gun shot wound). Why not the guy? Because he ducked behind his girlfriend. He apologized profusely and make ammends. Still in the end of the episode, a gun shooting scene errupted in the hospital, and yet again he ducked behind his girlfriend.

We expect you guys to be our knight in shining armor, instead you guys used us as your armors. Talk about irony!! Seriously, a roaring lion beast?? Why not a purring big kitty?? Suit more. Atleast have the decency to admit you couldn't roar that much loud. We'll get it.

A Day with Ieka( Amir too )

Finally; here's all the pictures I'd taken with my lil sister, Ieka. This was my first attempt on some serious potrait pictures. About hundreds snap, but just these make the cut;- the other was BLAHHH~ X( . Ive got to learn more.

I couldn't ask for a perfect model, Ieka have a great smile. While Amir on the contrary; very rigid and tense ( excuse him, he want to be a supermodel actually ). XD
